HOW MANY WEARS WILL I GET WITH MY SECRET LASHES?

My Secret Lashes are individually handcrafted and made to last up to 30 times on average, 35+ if well maintained. (GIRL-TIP: Whenever you "undress" your eyes, remember to (1) gently remove the glue from your lashes with makeup remover "Applying make-up remover with cotton tip helps loosen the glue for easy removal" (2) place them back in their tray to maintain their natural shape.)

DO THE LASHES COME WITH GLUE?

The lashes do not come with glue.
But glue can be purchased on our website for $7.95, our glue is extra sticky and waterproof and dry’s clear.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our product there are NO refunds or exchanges for hygienic purposes on both our beauty products and lashes, each pair of lashes goes through a rigorous quality and assurance process before being shipped to each of our customers.

As these lashes are handmade, please keep in mind any discrepancies in regards to placement of hair will not be considered as "damaged" as each lash has been assigned uniquely. First and foremost whilst being unique we do ensure the left lash does mimic the right lash to a paramount standard.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LASHES?

My Secret Lashes are made for multiple wears, but to ensure the longevity of your lashes, make sure to have a regular maintenance routine for your lashes. Glue and old makeup can build up and make your lashes look worn out and old, we recommend the following steps to provide the proper care your lashes deserve. After removing your lashes from your eyes, getting rid of old glue is important. Hold the lash by the base, and pull the glue off gently using either your fingers or a pair of tweezers. The glue usually comes off in one try. If this is not the case, a few gentle pulls will do the trick. Keep your lashes safe by storing them in their original tray, if you apply mascara to your fake lashes give them a gentle wipe over with a make up wipe to avoid build up.By maintaining a great lash care routine, your lashes will look fabulous for re-wear everytime.
